Projacs has been awarded the contract for the provision of inspections management of supervision for the following facilities maintenance contracts covering all the MEP & Civil areas of entire 1800+ Ooredoo sites but not limited to the following:

  • FM service for data Centres & Exchanges and its associated Spares.
  • FM service for GSM/RLU sites and its associated Spares.
  • FM service for Admin building & customer outlets and its associated Spares.
  • FM service for ELV system for various sites and its associated Spares.
  • FM service for Elevators of various sites.
  • FM service for firefighting system for various sites and its associated Spares.
  • FM service for HQ1 Elevators.
  • FM Service for Shared Services.
  • CAFM Maintenance contract
  • Other FM services related to Hard services

On Site Inspections & Operations Management:

  • Coordinate and manage the onsite performance of FM Hard Service Contractors and ensure the implementation of the scope of services.
  • Coordinate and manage the new/improvement projects under the business unit and ensure the implementation of the scope of services at site.
  • Co-ordinate with Ooredoo various departments, Helpdesk & NOC
  • Manage the site coordination among FM Hard Service Contractors
  • Review and advice on FM Hard Service Contractors' various submittals & reporting such as checklist etc.
  • Reporting the site performance of the FM Hard Service Contractors on a periodic basis as per the KPis.
  • Conduct periodic audit inspections in compliance to Ooredoo quality /ISO requirements and submit reports.
  • Ensure compliance to HSE requirements for site works.
  • Inspect & Supervise PPM & Corrective maintenance works at site by FM Contractor. Incident reporting, with detailed suggestions and supervising the closure of improvement works.
  • Attend all coordination & progress meetings & following up Minutes of Meeting.
  • Inspection and supervision of Spare parts and usage.
  • Review and verify FM Contractors reports, spare parts requests, and supporting documents as required for contractor invoices.
  • In case of emergency, personnel should be capable to troubleshoot / rectify the equipment's under respective category.
