Project Description:

The Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation (KAHRAMAA) decided to construct a Landmark Tower Complex at Lusail Area in Doha - Qatar to be KAHRAMAA’s Headquarters. The plot, owned by KAHRAMAA, measures 8,962 sqm. The building which will reach 116 m of height, will include five basement levels, 19 floors above ground and mezzanine, in addition to one technical floor.

The underground parking will provide space for over 800 cars. The total built up area is 85,278 sqm.

The architectural design conveys a unique "landmark" concept reflecting KAHRAMAA’s image, reputation, and quality of services. To complement KAHRAMAA's image and as a four stars QSAS tower, the facility is to use high quality architectural finishes, products, and state of the art building systems available.

Scope of works:

Projacs provides the following services under the Contract Agreement:

1. Pre-design stage
  • Project data and parameters
  • Overall plan for the project (including all stages)

  • Technical and commercial evaluation for the consultancy services package

2. Design and pre- construction stage
  • Provide consultant with required data
  • Statutory requirements and permits
  • Evaluation of interior designer
  • Design review
  • Tender documents review for construction package
  • Tender evaluation for Construction package
  • Contract documents review for construction package
  • Cost estimation review for construction package
  • Review all project/ design consultant submittals, schedules, invoices...etc.
3. Construction stage
  • Contract management and administration
