Introduction:

Together with planning, measuring performance is an essential part of project management processes. Management usually will like see how the project is doing in terms of scope, schedule, cost, quality and other performance measurement. They need this information quickly and in a form that supports decision making. Dashboards and KPIs are best suited to communicate the performance in this manner. This course covers the design, implementation and follow up of a project performance system using internationally recognized KPIs.
