Introduction:

Improving an Organization’s Performance is all about 3 areas:

• Setting Objectives and knowing what we want to measure and where we want to improve and what we want to become

• Planning, Organizing and developing strategic and executable systems to implement our objectives

• Measuring and evaluating objectives and Performance

It is a cornerstone of a Performance Management System and must be understood in that context.
