Projacs wins Palm job

Bahrain-based Projacs International has been awarded the project management contract on the Palm City scheme, which calls for the construction of a mixed-use complex on the outskirts of Tripoli. The estimated Eur 60 million ($76.5 million) project covers 370 residential units, in addition to tourism elements. The developer is a joint venture of Malta-based Corinthia Group and Kuwait’s National Real Estate Company.

Projacs takes Jordan Gate project

Bahrain-based Projacs International has been appointed project manager on the Jordan Gate project. Located in Amman’s sixth circle, the development entails the construction of two high-rise towers connected by a multi-storey podium. It will include a five-star hotel managed by the US’ Hilton International, conference facilities and retail space. Sharjah-based Al-Hamad Contracting Company is the main contractor. Jordan Gate is the first phase of the $1,000 million Royal Metropolis project being developed by Gulf Finance House (MEED 19:8:05).

Projacs takes Beirut Gate job

Bahrain-based Projacs International has been awarded the project management contract on the Beirut Gate development, a mixed-use scheme in the Beirut central district (BCD). The estimated $600 million project entails the development of seven plots of land, covering a total area of 21,447 square metres, close to Martyrs Square. It will encompass commercial and residential elements, and includes several high-rise buildings. The local ERGA Group is the architect and carried out the masterplan; the developer is Abu Dhabi Investment House (MEED 20:1:06).
